TERM & CONDITION

*. Each person fills out one registration form, if you register with a partner, please mention it in a given field. If you like to do group registration, please support our logistic working by fills out separately form with Note of the Name of group Leader

*. Successful Confirmation = a “You are In” notification email + complete payment

*. Before booking a flight or hotel, please understand that in the case of event cancellation from the side of the organizers due to disaster or the government regulations, the fees will be transferred into the next edition, without being responsible for trip expenses. If you need a refund, you will be full refunded after deducting a handling fee.

*. Respect tango milonga manners and Vietnam government’s epidemic guidelines. 

*  “First-come first-serve” doesn’t apply for this event, decision will be made by organizer and we can only accept 200 dancers from all over the world. Therefore, we will balance genders accordingly in order to create an extremely friendly atmosphere for the event

• Marathon pass is NO CANCELLATION & NO REFUND
• Non-transferable/change or cancellation will be charged each 1.250.000VND handling fees. (TRANSFERABLE only to Leader (Man) – or couple. No follower transfer accepted.
• No TransferredPermitted without confirmation from organizer

• Payment details will be in the reply to your email
• Marathon pass and Tour will pay directly to organizer and detail of payment will be sent to you by email
• For those who made payment for Hotel, you are welcome to pay Marathon pass in cash when you arrive. 
• For participants who are not make Hotel reservation (Unpaid Hotel), please make Marathon pass payment by using

We are seeking for your understanding, Vietnam currency is not in PayPal system, therefor very high additional transfer fee plus exchange fee. Please consider carefully to use this method. 

Note for payment:

• All payment is in Vietnam currency. USD payment will be added exchange fee or transfer fee
• At-door handling fee: $10/package 
• Cash payment: please contact organizer for your assistance

***Payment conditions: 

1. Registration is confirmed when payment is made. As limited number of participants, the organizers will prioritize participants who have made payment.
2. The organizers reserve the right to terminate unpaid registration if we don’t receive any feedback after two announcement email.

***Other important things to note:

• Light snacks, food and beverages will be provided at the Vietnam Tango Marathon. Please help to dispose of any waste before leaving the venues. Alcohol is allowed but service charged might applied according to Hotel
• Please observe good milonga etiquette at the marathon such as the use of Cabaceo or Miranda and respecting the Ronda (e.g. please do not step backward against the line of dance or zig-zag between lanes).
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant(s) from the event if they are deemed to have disrupted the event or displayed behavior that compromises the safety of other participants. No refund will be issued.
• The organizer shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or property and/or injury incurred as a result of you when attending the event.
