• • • “First-come first-serve” doesn’t apply for this event, decision will be made by organizer and we can only accept 200 dancers from all over the world. Therefore, we will balance genders accordingly in order to create an extremely friendly atmosphere for the event
    • Walk-in would depend on the capacity at the moment. We will announce in March 2026

Marathon Package

• • • Marathon package is NO CANCELLATION & NO REFUND. In case of cancellation there will be no refunds but feel free to contact us for your support
    • Transferable/change will be charged according to the time of changing.
    • (TRANSFERABLE only to Leader (Man) – or couple. No follower transfer accepted. No Transferred Permitted without confirmation from organizer

We are seeking for your understanding, Vietnam currency is not in PayPal system, therefor very high additional transfer fee plus exchange fee. Please consider carefully to use this method. If you wish to use, we will send you the invoice by PayPal

Note for payment:

• • • All payment at door is priority in Vietnam currency, USD will be accepted as an option (Please note: USD payment will be fixed as an option (we already email you with registration code), we are seeking for your understanding that the event doesn’t use exchange rate)
    • Cash payment: please contact organizer for your assistance

Payment conditions:

• • • Registration is confirmed when both organizer and participant made agreement. As limited number of participants, the organizers will prioritize participants who have made payment.
    • The organizers reserve the right to terminate unpaid registration if we cannot contact you.

***Other important things to note:

• • • Light snacks, food and beverages will be provided at the Vietnam Tango Marathon. Please help to dispose of any waste before leaving the venues. Alcohol is allowed but service charged might applied according to the Venue
    • Please observe good milonga etiquette at the marathon such as the use of Cabaceo or Miranda and respecting the Ronda (e.g. please do not step backward against the line of dance or zig-zag between lanes).
    • The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant(s) from the event if they are deemed to have disrupted the event or displayed behavior that compromises the safety of other participants. No refund will be issued.
    • The organizer shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or property and/or injury incurred as a result of you when attending the event.
